Take a look at the preliminary mentor schedule that Ms. Kornegay developed from our meeting yesterday. She would really like some feedback on whether it covers everything we discussed yesterday, any additions, the flow of the schedule, etc.

ReplyDeleteThe schedule looks really great! I feel like session three looks a little less busy than session four, and maybe social media would fit better with the problem solving/goal setting type stuff.

I think it looks great, too. My only concern is the amount of time it might take to review up to 5 college applications on the spot; I guess it's fine if we are just going look over them quickly, but it might be more productive if we ask them to bring applications on session 3, even though we don't discuss them until session 4. This way we could take them home with us, look them over, and have prepared feedback for the 4th session. It's just a thought. I think you did a great job putting it all together, Denise. Thanks.
